Return Policy and Guidelines


Thank you for shopping with Three B's. We strive to provide you with the best shopping experience and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day full refund or store credit return policy.


Return Options:

1. Full Refund:

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. To initiate a return for a full refund:

  • Log in to your account on our website.
  • Access your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Follow the prompts to generate a return label.
  • Pack the item securely and attach the provided return label.
  • Drop off the package at a designated shipping carrier or use the pre-paid label for return shipping.


2. Store Credit Return:

Alternatively, if you prefer store credit, you can opt for this option. Store credit will be issued once the return is processed and can be used for future purchases on our website.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached.
  • Returns should be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.

 

Processing Time:


Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or store credit, depending on your chosen return option.
